MCI began operations 25 years ago in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, initially representing major multinationals from the US and Europe interested in business opportunities in Latin America. The major shareholder of MCI previously worked as a Loan Officer at the First National Bank of Boston, where he advised companies across various industries on entering the Brazilian market. After his departure, MCI evolved into a private enterprise actively working and advising on business opportunities throughout the Andean markets, including Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia.

Over the years, MCI has expanded its portfolio to include representations for corporations from all over the world—spanning the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Latin America. The company has also broadened its service offerings, now providing in-house legal advice, engineering, and consulting across various sectors. Additionally, MCI has partnered with local consultants in Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador to better serve its clients.

With extensive experience in diverse scenarios—including privatization processes, inflationary economies, and situations involving limited fund transfers—MCI is ideally positioned to serve as counsel for investors looking to enter the Latin American and Andean markets.
